Our lectures are a great opportunity
for you to learn more about the philosophy underlying
what we do here at Three Stone Hearth.
Occasionally we host a slide-show presentation by TSH worker-owner Jessica
Prentice that specifically covers the "Three Hearthstones"
of the Community Supported Kitchen concept and presents a brief
overview of the nutritional wisdom of traditional peoples and the
work of nutrition researcher Weston A. Price.
Jessica speaks: TBD next date pending
We invite learned and experienced
members of our community to speak about their work and how it relates
to the philosophy of the Community Supported Kitchen. These lectures are announced in our weekly "Menu is up" email as well as on this page.

Breema: The Art of Being Present
Breema brings you to the level at which you could be nurtured, rather than drained, by your relationship to your body, your surroundings, other people, and your life.
Breema is a comprehensive holistic system, working with the body's physical and mental/emotional energies to create a profound experience of comfort, harmony, and well-being. Rather than focusing on illness or imbalance, Breema supports and nurtures the body's innate vitality. Breema's unique nonjudgmental approach is an opportunity to "nurture the tree from the root." Helping the mind, feelings, and body to work together in harmony, Breema supports us to have an experience of being present, which is the foundation of real health.
Please join us from 7-8:30 p.m. for lecture, demonstration, experiential exercises, and mini-sessions with Denise Berezonsky and Breema Clinic staff members. Denise Berezonsky is co-author of author of Self-Breema: Exercises for Harmonious Life.
