Start the clock--it's asparagus season! You'll be seeing a lot of dishes featuring Riverdog Farm asparagus in the coming weeks, starting with this week's Frittata with Asparagus, Leeks, and Cheddar, which also features a custard of Marin Sun Farms pastured eggs, Straus milk and cream and Sierra Nevada Graziers grassfed cheddar! You'll find Riverdog veggies featured in our chicken soup and Creamed Greens with Coconut Milk as well.
