Sorry, No Eggs Again
Once again we are short on eggs this week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Join Us for Open Volunteer Day on January 9th
Our December Open Volunteer Day was a big success. We welcomed seven new volunteers into the kitchen for a day of kimchi production. Sunday, January 9th will be our next Open Volunteer Day. It offers the chance to get a taste of working in our kitchen without committing to the full 8 shifts! The shift goes from 10:30am – 4:30pm. From 10:30-11:30 there will be an orientation and tour of the kitchen with Worker/Owner Jessica Prentice, followed by a tea break. Then we will put you to work in the kitchen! We’ll break for lunch between 2 and 2:30pm, and then work a couple more hours to finish out the day. We have a limited number of spots, so please email email@example.com if you’d like to join us–we will email you back to confirm.
Please Return Your Silver Insulation Bags
Those of you who get your food delivered receive it wrapped in silver insulation packaging. Please return these bags! We use them again. Returning them helps us minimize costs, and our impact on the environment. Thanks!
