Traditional Diets Lecture Series with Jessica Prentice
Classes in this series take place Monday evenings from 6:30-8pm at the kitchen. All classes are $18 each.

Recovering Natural Alignment: Balance Posture Method with Dana Davis

In this class, Certified Balance Instructor Dana Davis discusses what the natural, Balanced posture of traditional peoples looks like, and how this natural Balance can greatly alleviate back pain and other ailments. She explains why what we usually think of as “good posture” is also bad for our backs. In this two-hour class, students will learn how to sit in a chair in Balance.
