For a taste of the French countryside we combined seasonal greens and leeks from local farms with French green lentils and brined pastured pork leg from Marin Sun Farms. A splash of dry white wine and plenty of mineral rich bone broth make for a hearty bowl that is great with a big dollop of our Piima or Yogurt Cream.
