Unflavored beef gelatin from Great Lakes Gelatin‘s grassfed cattle to be used as a dietary supplement or for gelled dishes. It is recommended to either dissolve in hot liquid or room temperature liquids which allows product to dissolve or swell. (Gelatin will clump up in cold liquids.) Product is Gluten-free, Dairy-free and Kosher.
