Claravale Milk and Cream

All of Claravale’s raw milk and cream comes from a small dairy in Paicines, CA.  It is not pasteurized or homogenized, so it retains its natural nutrients, vitamins, and enzymes.  Its cow milk and cream comes from Jersey cows, a breed “world renowned for the quality of its milk, which contains higher concentrations of proteins, solids, butterfat, and beta-caroteen than other breeds.”
Claravale’s new herd of goats consists of Alpine and Lamancha breeds. Claravale is now the only CFDA licensed raw milk dairy in CA to produce raw goat milk.
