Our pâtés are an integral part of the Three Stone menu family! The merits of adding liver into your diet are numerous – liver is an excellent source of long lasting-energy, with its high-quality protein, large amounts of vitamins A and B, and sources of folic acid, iron and copper.
Making this super food tastier than ever, our liver pâtés are seared with onions, exquisitely seasoned, and pureed with butter, sea salt and black pepper and preserved with a layer of natural animal fat and olive oil. Recipe is Gluten-Free and Contains Butter.
Pâtés are best eaten within a week.
