Spicy Red Kimchi with Carrots

Based on traditional recipes, our Kimchi uses ample amounts of authentic (and organic!) gochugaru — Korean red pepper flakes — along with garlic, ginger and traditionally brewed fish sauce, and features carrots for a balance of flavor and texture. This authentic kimchi packs some heat!

Ingredients: napa cabbage,* carrots,* daikon,* gochugaru (Korean red chile flakes),* scallions,* Red Boat fish sauce (anchovies, sea salt), onions,* garlic,* ginger,* brown rice flour,* raw unfiltered honey, Celtic sea salt (*=organic)

Recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, black pepper-free, not vegetarian, and not grain-free.
