Let's take a moment and appreciate the artisans of Three Stone Hearth's Fermentation and Preservation Circle. Every week they devise such a wonderful bounty of krauts, pickled vegetables and naturally fermented tonics and soft drinks to feed our palates and our gut flora! This week's kraut is no exception: a mild ferment with a savory hint of traditional medicinal bitters of horseradish and mustard greens.

Ingredients: green cabbage, mustard greens, horseradish, sage, bay leaf, Celtic sea salt

Recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nightshade-free, black pepper-free and GAPS Diet-friendly.
