As an homage to Spring, the artisans of our Fermentation & Preservation Circle brewed up a version of our classic tonic drink using gold beets instead of red. The difference? According to internal taste-testers here at TSH, a slightly sweeter, lighter flavor with a tangy finish. Enjoy!
