This marinade is loaded with fresh herbs and garlic, and the tenderizing flavors of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Ready for the grill, the fajita skillet, or the oven. They thaw fairly quickly in the tin. Once thawed, roast them at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Wonderful over rice or greens, or to make a meal of a salad or vegetable soup.
Ingredients: pastured chicken legs, Seka Hills olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Celtic sea salt, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, black pepper
