We start by culturing tomatillos, green jalapenos and garlic with Celtic sea salt for three weeks. We've added a touch of honey and some roasted garlic to make a hot sauce with sweet and zesty notes. This sauce is spicy and bright with a bit of sweetness. Good for adding to scrambled eggs, Black Bean Refritos or the Fresh Corn Custard (now in freezer).
